Privacy, for this demo.
This build stores profiles, favorites, searches, leads, and membership flags in local storage under the key tiki-realty-demo-v1. Nothing is sent to a server you do not already use to load the page. There is no account database, no password, and no analytics vendor wired in.
Do not type a real password, a social security number, a full payment card, or anyone else's private information into a form. The forms ask for a name, an email, an optional phone, and a note, and then keep them on the machine.
Map tiles are requested from OpenStreetMap when you open a map. That is a third-party request. Speech synthesis and optional speech recognition stay in the browser.
A production launch would need a real privacy notice: what is collected, why, how long it is kept, who it is shared with, and how a Florida resident can access or delete it. This page is the demo's honest description, not that notice. Do not publish it as a legal policy.
